Hello Everyone,

Linds here! Welcome to the Scars and All Project Page. For those of you wondering what this is, heres the rundown!

I am excited to announce that The Scars and All Project is in partnership with Mental Heath America. Our goal is to bring light, hope, and assurance to those in need of help through music and mental health resources. Everyone at some point in time will go through something in life that may leave them feeling helpless or alone, but we are here to give you some of the help you may be seeking. We will fill this page with phone numbers, websites, positivity, and music. This project came about through my song, "Scars and All" which is on all streaming platforms.

Since 1909, Mental Health America of Illinois (MHAI) has worked to promote mental health, prevent mental illnesses and improve the care and treatment of persons suffering from mental and emotional disorders. The team of volunteers and a small staff focus energy & efforts to  educate, advocate and inform Illinois communities.

Prior to the global Covid-19 pandemic, the organization regularly held community events, a policy forum and hosted a monthly Mental Health Summit at Adler University for reps from nearly 60 Illinois organizations. Due to the current public health situation, community education sessions, advocacy training and speakers are presented online.

We know the only path to Reduce the Stigma of mental illness requires individuals, non-profits and companies in Ilinois to band together promoting healthy lives and overall well-being. Together, our efforts can liberate our neighbors and family members who suffer silently to diseases that cannot be seen.

Whether your interest is in legislative advocacy, community education or social events, join the MHAI team.

MHAI is impressed with Lindsay Kent’s musical talent and commitment to community mental wellness. We stand with you, Lindsay, as your partner and fan!
